For the last three years, my district has provided Nearpod which is an interactive multimedia resource for instructional content and other resources. It had been a godsend for teachers like me that have little to no appropriate instructional materials for my self-contained special education class. Our students are well-below grade level but we search for appropriate materials to use with these students.
Sadly, this year, my district did not renew a Nearpod subscription.
Lessons on civil rights, measurement, scientific method, fire-safety and fractions are just a few of the many lessons we were able to modify from Nearpod to meet the needs of our students.
Please help us by providing the subscription to this service, so students have access to these important lessons.
