My Project

What I love about my students is their endless curiosity for literature, along with a ton of questions and a real passion for learning. They’re always on the hunt for knowledge to improve their reading and writing skills, and every day in my classroom brings up questions that sometimes stump me - we dive into those together and look it up. With technology being such a big part of our lives now, we’ll be using these tablets every day for reading e-books and getting our classwork done. In their writing assignments, students will utilize tablets to find information that enhances both their fiction and non-fiction pieces. In math class, they'll use the tablets to work on fundamental math facts and engage with progressively challenging math programs to boost their skills and understanding. These tablets will give students the chance to team up and exchange ideas, questions, interests, and knowledge. Through technology I envision kids "traveling" to distant places, enhancing their language skills, becoming mathematicians, and nurturing their dreams. I see my students surpassing my own achievements at their age and growing into strong, clear-minded, independent individuals who will inspire positive change for all of our futures. This donation will help students go beyond their wildest dreams.
