This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will make a meaningful difference by encouraging positive behavior, responsibility, and motivation through consistent and exciting rewards. Students can earn a token for the gumball machine by showing kindness, completing their work, helping others, staying on task, or reaching personal or academic goals. Each token gives them a turn at the machine, where they’ll receive a fun mystery prize, which adds a surprise and excitement to their achievement.

My goal is to build a classroom culture where good choices are celebrated.

What makes my students special is their creativity, resilience, and the joy they bring to each day.
