Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a group of the very cutest kiddos. They are a group of 8 children with extensive support needs. They are non speakers and most are not toilet trained. We frequently change their diapers or soiled clothing and right now all of these items are on a bookshelf.
It would be so beneficial for the children to be able to have their diapers, wipes and clothing in a reachable location to help foster independence.
They each could use a cubby slot that we can label with their name so they can get their needs as we go to the bathroom.
