Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a first-grade teacher of English Language Learners. My students come from different cultural and educational backgrounds. They all bring into the classroom their rich, cultural experiences.

In my bilingual class, I have to teach and ensure that all my students learn all subjects, including reading, writing, math, and science.

My students are at-risk and come from high poverty. Therefore, due to their limitations, my students are in need of additional resources in order to be able to learn and succeed.

My Project

All of my students are hard workers. Every single day my students tried their best in all of their assignments. They are also always well behaved. I know that their hard work and good behavior needs to be rewarded with special prizes.

The treats from this project will encourage my students to continue with their hard work and to maintain excellent behavior.

My students need to be recognized for their hard work. They need to be motivated to continue achieving their goals. Unfortunately, it's hard to reward my students because I don't have any prizes to give them. Therefore, I ask you to help me to motivate my students to continue and never stop succeeding in their learning by giving them treats like rubber ducks, stress balls, and pullback cars.
