My Project
In third grade, my students love to read, especially to each other. This would be a great way for my students to read to something or someone. They could cuddle their plush toy and read it a story. An added perk: the character makes the book come alive as they will have the main character in their hands.
This would also allow students to read aloud and better understand what they are reading.
This would also allow students to use expressions when reading and become more comfortable with reading out loud.
Having someone/something to read to it would help their reading skills and comprehension skills tremendously. It also makes reading just that more special and memorable.
