Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students need the best learning experience and in order to receive that, they need books and materials. Many of my students come from low-economic families and from challenging backgrounds. I would like to provide them with books about feelings along with fun fairy tale books that they will enjoy.
My Project
These wonderful books will help build our class library. It will also help my kinder students understand what is happening in the world right now, how to be kind, and to be loving to all their peers.
I want to get all my students engaged during the virtual learning with all these fun books.
I want my students to learn to love reading and understand the importance of reading. Kindergarten is the foundation of their reading and writing abilities. It is important to help my students gain all the knowledge that I can give them through books that helps them relate to their own life.
