Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students come from varied backgrounds. Some of my students have the opportunity to see the world around them and visit many new and exciting places, and some of my students have not traveled outside of our town. No matter what their background, all of my students love learning, love school, and love each other.
My classroom is filled with future doctors, teachers, lawyers, and world changers.
My students are amazing, and I want to do anything I can to introduce them to more and more.
My Project
Storage is important in order to keep our classroom organized. My students have limited space to store their own supplies. The requested bins will help them to keep their books and other supplies.
With your help and these bins, my students will have school pride and will love to be able to take care of their learning materials.
Students in the early grades are learning organizational skills, and bins help them to manage their belongings neatly. The bins are also useful for the students' binders.
My hope would be that the organizational strategies I teach will go beyond the classroom walls and become utilized to make their lives more efficient, and structured. I am only asking for organizational tools, but the skills that I am teaching will hopefully last a lifetime.
