Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My kindergarten students are kind, curious, energetic, and hard working. My students work hard and show up ready to learn every day in class, even during the harsh, cold winter months. They are learning important skills to help them become expert readers, writers, and mathematicians. They are also developing their social-emotional skills through their daily interactions and experiences in the classroom. Many of my students are also dealing with anxiety, stress, and social-emotional issues.

I am requesting Scott Paper Towels, Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, and Sunkist Fruit Bites to help my kindergarten students stay full, cared for, comforted, and to keep them healthy and focused.

The Scott Paper Towels and The Clorox Disinfecting Wipes will help to reduce the amount of colds, flus, and illnesses in our kindergarten classroom. The Sunkist Fruit Bite Snacks will be a wonderful, fun snack for my students to enjoy in the afternoon to help curtail their hunger. My students work so hard and need a little pick-me-up in the afternoons to finish out our day of learning.

These snack and care items I am requesting would mean so much to my kindergarten kiddos, especially during these harsh winter months. Thank you so much for your support and consideration!
