Mustang Store

My Students

My students are an amazing group of kids. They are enthusiastic about school and embrace everything we do in class. They love reading, P.E., math, and science. Our school is a Kindergarten through eighth-grade school located in rural California. It serves 450 students. Our school is surrounded by forests and mountains and has daily visitors such as geese, turkeys, and deer.

Our school has a strong academic and athletic culture.

I want to maintain our strength in these areas by continuing to provide materials to enrich my students' experiences.

My Project

My students need prizes, fidgets, paper and snacks for our classroom store. We have a token economy for my classroom. Students earn tickets for good behavior, turning in work and for being a good citizen.

Each week, students get to go to our Mustang Store to purchase items such as food, classroom tools such as water bottles and earbuds, and prizes.

The paper will be used to make signs for our store.

My students value our classroom system and store. They behave well and I am happy to reward them for their efforts. The items I have requested will be for rewards but will also be useful in the classroom. The items that I have requested will be used to reinforce good behavior and quality work.
