This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love music and singing during their library time. This year my cd player that I have had for the last 5 years had its last day, 3 weeks into the new school year. Music wakes sleepy students up and brings my story time alive. My new students were just getting the words to our Good morning song before mine stop working. The good thing is students started singing their favorite songs at the end of the lesson, thus the need for the Karaoke microphones. This has opened up another level of library and brings collaboration with our Music teacher.
