Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach 170 outstanding athletic students in a small middle school. My students enjoy playing team sports and cooperating with their classmates each of them wants to spend more time in the gym than their home.
These fantastic students come together in my gym and enjoy expressing themselves while they enjoy playing and learning.
They are bright and quickly adapt learning different skills.
The two things that inevitably always drop their jaw with excitement are music and anything that makes challenges! They literally scream for them!!!
My Project
The music will continue to enhance the fun in the gym. My gym is a place where my students really enjoy every activity and especially if there is music involved.
As part of team sports, they enjoy playing against each other and have a real game to collaborate a healthy competition.
Students will be able to listen to music while playing in an interactive environment, which will help them continue to enjoy their competition to grow.
By having a scoreboard will help students visualize how many points they need to score back.
