This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am looking to start a music engineering or production club. By helping low-income students understand the magic behind producing, it will hopefully open the gates to something spectacular. Many Disc Jockeys start when they are young.
I would like to help my students find their musical passion.
I am consistently inspired by new artists and I would love to help my students become artists themselves. The music industry is big enough for all that want to be in it. Igniting their passion in music will make a long lasting impact in their lives. The items I selected consist of a speaker for the students to listen to their finishing product, a mixer for the students to combine music and a sound pad to make beats.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
