Music-Based Play for Children with Disabilities using Tonieboxes

My Project

I am a pediatric occupational therapist working in a Title 1 school district. I work with students with a wide range of disabilities, including students with autism, students with motor disorders, students with genetic disorders, and students with mental health needs.

Tonieboxes provide an opportunity for students with disabilities to learn through music without the use of screen time which is very important for their development.

Many of my students love music-based occupational therapy activities as a way to learn and grow.

My students and I say thanks for this opportunity!
