My Project
I am the social-emotional health Counselor. My school is commonly viewed as the last stop before a youth detention center, and I receive students who are in desperate need of motivation. My students crave success but do not understand how to reach it.
Motivation is built by aligning individual goals with meaningful incentives and creating a supportive environment that fosters growth and personal development.
At ULAS, we use a program called LiveSchool to create a reward store that fosters positive behavior. I am contacting the community for help funding the program that encourages my students' motivation.
By donating snacks to be used as rewards, you will personally contribute to the well-being and motivation of students who have been broken down. You will enable them to strive for excellence, demonstrate positive behavior, and develop essential life skills.
