My Project
My students are learning new ways to read, spell, and write. Before applying these skills, we spend time seeing, saying, sounding out, and writing letters and sounds. We are using an approach to engage the senses through kinesthetic, auditory, and visual techniques.
These new writing tools will enhance the multisensory learning experience.
The sand trays and LCD tablets will aid in developing tactile, visual, and auditory recognition of letters and sound patterns. They will also promote creativity and fine motor skills improvement. This project will help me give my students the flexibility to learn in various ways.
