My Project
Math fact fluency is the core foundation for math. In 3rd grade, students must master their multiplication facts to be successful in 4th grade and beyond. The great thing about math is there is no language barrier with numbers! My students can ALL reach this goal of mastering their multiplication facts by the end of 3rd grade.
The dry erase boards will be used for practice as we work our way through the facts.
We focus on learning groups of facts and seeing the patterns in the multiplication facts. We will complete weekly assessments to show mastery before moving on to the next set. The games will be used in math centers and small groups to add engagement and incentive to learning and mastering these facts.
