Help me give my students collaborative and critical thinking math games to be used during class incentive time!

My Students
I serve a remarkable and unique group of children who are part of a school population of which 80% are African American and nearly 80% are low-income. Our school has defied so many odds, including attempts to shut down our high performing school. I am privileged to work at a school whose students and community were a primary reason we prevailed in this fight!
My students are incredibly hardworking, resilient, collaborative, and have an indescribable drive toward accomplishing new and challenging things.
As an experienced math teacher, it has always been my goal to not only make our class fun and engaging, but also applicable to the real world. In a class where mistakes are highlighted and part of our classroom culture, students learn to feel comfortable challenging each other's thinking. In turn, this forces them to think critically about all possible outcomes. My students love to engage in math talk for this reason!
My Project
The students I teach love to use our class incentive time as an opportunity to collaborate in games and other activities together. While I also like giving small brain treats like a jolly rancher or frootie, it's important to me that we spend our earned class incentive time building up math stamina or in games requiring team work.
I'm requesting additional multiplication flash cards, collaborative games, and small brain treats to be used during our biweekly incentive time.
It's my hope that these activities can continue to support student's critical thinking skills as well as their social development and interactions with one another.
