My students need access to graphing calculators in order to complete essential mathematics skills required in high school curriculum.
FULLY FUNDED! Mr. Bell's classroom raised $620

I teach 6-12 special education math inclusion. This includes working with inclusion students in 6th grade math, Algebra I, Geometry, & Financial Math. My school is a rural Title I K-12 school with students from low socioeconomic status.
High School math curriculum requires math teachers to use technology to teach certain mathematics concepts. These concepts cannot be adequately taught without access to graphing calculators. Currently, we have no appropriate calculators for our students.
Students will be able to use graphing calculators in order to increase math skills in all high school math and science classes. This technology will not only help the special education students in math classes it will also aid every student who takes math and science classes at our school.
In a technology driven world students need access to as many tools as possible to help them accomplish mathematics curriculum goals. These graphing calculators would provide students with an important aspect of mathematics curriculum in order to prepare for end of year testing and college preparation.
