Multilingual Learners Can Understand With a Click of a Button!

My Project

With this being my eighth year of teaching second grade, I have noticed something I never have before. Half of my students are refugees, where English is their second language. A few of my students do speak both English and their first language very well, however I do have some students who do not understand English very well yet.

I have found a device that will make it possible to communicate easily, effectively, and timely for my students who do not speak English in class.

I am confident this device will bring comfort to my students in the fact that I can understand what they are saying, and they can understand what I am explaining to them as well.

The other item on my list is a new teacher chair. I would love a comfy chair to sit on as a plan, discuss, and work one-on-one with my students in the classroom!
