My Students

My students are amazing! They work so hard to learn and practice their fifth grade skills and goals. They are a determined, resilient, enthusiastic class of kids and are so appreciative of any resources they have in the classroom to help them learn. Our school is a Title I school; many of our students may not have resources at home to help them achieve at school. Any classroom supplies are so helpful to my students to help them feel supported, encouraged and able to achieve their goals. Thank you so much!

My Project

Thank you so much in advance for taking the time to learn and think about how our students can be supported and thrive. My class of students is incredibly resilient, but during COVID-19 things have become even more stressful for this already challenged population. The books I have requested will create a library in my classroom where my students are supported and encouraged to develop their reading skills and enjoy books. The headphones will give my students access to their online learning programs and the dry erase boards and "pop-its" will provide my students multiple ways to practice their reading and math skills in a small group with me. These materials and the others listed will provide an amazing amount of support to me in helping my students learn the most they can and to be and feel their best. Thank you!
