Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These basic classroom supplies like pens and pencils, math posters and decor are for my new classroom/Team center and will help make sure my students have an easy and successful year while transitioning into my classroom! I work in the North Division for HISD, Fifth Ward to be exact. I am also asking for snacks/stickers/incentives and a container to organize them. My students will use the math Magnetic Fraction Tiles & Circles and the write and wipe [pockets for math drills.
I work with both 5th grade Math and 5th grade Science and have 65 wonderful students.
I am getting into my Classroom a little late in the year and any little thing helps! I also work with the Cheer Team and make sure they are ready for game day every week so I may post things for that as well! Thank you again for donating if you can!
