This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When I first started teaching, I adopted many books from a retired teacher. I was fortunate enough to have many books to start my classroom library, but I quickly realized that my students were not very interested in them. They were outdated and needed an upgrade.

I am starting this campaign to try to get some new, fresh books for my students!

They gave me some suggestions, so this list is created by them for them! I know they would be elated to hear that this would be fully funded in time for the end of the school year! They are eager to have some new material!
