My Students
My students are POWERFUL and AMAZING 8th Graders in West Garfield Park in West Chicago. Since moving to virtual, I have yet to meet many of them, but am excited to get to know them through Zoom! These 8th graders are preparing for high school in the last year of middle school and I am ready to help prepare them for the next big chapter of life. In order to do this virtually, I am hoping to send them resources and prep for the best virtual learning experience. When you donate, you are helping to buy online books of their choice for virtual learning, mailed supplies, treats, and much much more!

My Project
This project will help students learn virtually by providing them with supplies and materials that they need to learn virtually. Since we will not be returning to in-person teaching for the foreseeable future, I am hoping to send out supplies and letters of encouragement to those in need. This will be a great way as a teacher to connect with students though I have not met them in person, as well as provide them with the materials need to be a great learner.
