My Project

What I love most about my students is that they understand that they do not learn like the rest of their peers so they are always open to learning new ways to learn content. Every time they see me they give me the biggest hug and smile, which lets me know that they like me and I mean something to them.

My classroom consists of 10 beautiful students whose disabilities range from ADHD, Autism, to Down Syndrome and everything in between.

The laminator and printer I have requested will be very helpful in keeping up with the demands of teaching and creating an rainforest environment. I want to create not only an education classroom but a room that is stimulating for my students.

My classroom SECA's(Paraprofessionals) and I, decided that we were going to create a rainforest theme throughout the classroom for next school year. My school doesn't have much of a budget to assist with some of the things I have requested in this project. These supplies will ensure that I can bring this rainforest theme to life, continue to update my bulletin boards throughout the year, and provide an experience to my students that they will never forget. I also requested a color printer and laminator to bring the classroom more to life and support any projects that I have planned for the upcoming school year.
