Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Although I have been with our district since January of 2021, this year is my first time working in the elementary school setting. I have many great supplies already, but the SEL and communication products in my wish list will help me ensure engaging activities for my younger students.
As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, I do not just work on speech sounds (although I do that, too!) I help students with all aspects of communication, verbal and nonverbal, academic and social.
These games, toys, and conversation tools will help me target skills every student needs to succeed.
