This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My classroom is full of intelligent students who often need a small push to help them be successful in the classroom. With the products that are on our list, they will be able to improve in their every day reading as well as have more up to date material to help them be successful in our classroom. Due to COVID a lot of my students lost the skills needed to help them understand their current curriculum and how to positively socialize in a classroom/school setting. Allowing my students the opportunity to obtain these items, such as the informative text cards will let them work in groups again and teach them not only literature items, but how to work well together as a team in the classroom. As far as the extension cords go, my students use computers in the classroom and allowing the extra plug ins helps them make sure their computers are always charged. The dry erase boards help with their hand writing. When the students were home, they lost a lot of their ability to write legibly. The dry erase boards will assist with re-writing over and over for tons of practice!
