My Project
My students have been impacted by COVID not allowing them to do the hands-on work their disabilities require them to do in order to be as successful as possible. Through the items on our wish list, we will be able to get down and dirty into a multi-modal approach to our different learning needs. Items like the liquid floor tiles will aid our sensory sensitive students in using their five senses to learn calming strategies while working their brains. The learning rods will give students extension activities on their literacy goals that they are able to complete independently. By donating to us you will help us engage our heads and our hearts which will ultimately result in our academic and life skills success. We want to meet our individual unique potentials.
