Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
STEM bins are a great way for students to engage in exploration, creation, invention, and problem-solving using real-world physical challenges. I aim to provide my students with the most hands-on tactile learning experience that I am able to give them.
With these STEM bins, my students will be able to tinker and create while practicing their fine motor skills and building real-world skills they may apply in the future.
As a first year teacher diving into the world of kindergarten, I want to provide my students with a rich hands-on kinesthetic learning experience where their freedom of expression is emphasized and honored.
