Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We are a multi-grade community of students ranging from PreK3 to K age. We are a Hartford, CT, Magnet school serving Hartford and surrounding towns. Our students are a fabulous group of curious and engaged students. As a public Montessori school, we provide access to Montessori education for all families! This year, I am supporting student learning at home through virtual learning. Please help me make my virtual learning experience engaging and education for our beautiful children!
My Project
With your generous support, my PreK and Kindergarten students will be able to more fully engage with texts and live lessons while learning virtually. Students will hear lessons and instructions clearly.
The document reader will bring texts to life on the screens of the children at home.
They will fully engaging in them as the children begin their journey into the world of reading and writing.
The selection of books will continue to broaden my classroom library to include examples of all people, ensuring that each child feels seen and can connect with the curriculum.
