Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students attend a Title I school where many face challenges related to low income, trauma, and cultural barriers. To help them succeed academically and emotionally, I've established a reward store that allows students to earn items by demonstrating effort and positive behavior.
Together, we can make a meaningful difference in their education and well-being.
Items like fidgets, styluses, stress balls, calming strips, and fun writing tools serve more than just as incentives - they are critical supports that help students improve focus, regulate emotions, and engage more deeply with their learning. By providing these resources, we reduce barriers caused by stress and distraction, enabling students to participate more fully in classroom activities and retain information more effectively. Your generous support will directly provide these essential tools, empowering our students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Together, we can create a brighter future through education.
