This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a first-year Global History teacher at DCHS, I would highly appreciate your support in creating an optimal learning environment for my students.
Having a wireless HP printer will help make a difference in my students' reading, writing, and overall engagement.
As we shift from remote learning back to the classroom, I have noticed the benefits of hard-copies for students. I have noticed significant improvement in student performance on assignments when it is given on paper rather than on laptops. It also prepares them for the New York State Regents Exam which is a hand-written assessment and a requirement to graduate. Materials such as pens, pencils, highlighters will allow students to be successful in the classroom.
