Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My scholars are the best part of my day and I try to be the same for them. It is important that when they come to me they feel valued, uplifted, important, and that they have something to take away from each class. For my classroom, I am looking for items to make learning a little bit more inviting and fun. We do a lot of our work through means of digital learning, hands-on labs, worksheets, and group activities.
For these lessons to be complete it is imperative for my scholars to have headphones that work, supplies such as pencils, journals, binders, scissors, drawing and writing materials, and research materials too as well as science focused decorations, posters and books.
It is also important for them to have a classroom that is put together and decorated in a way that makes them want to be there and promote our subject of science.
All of the items here will be used to cultivate a cohesive learning environment my scholars will look forward to.
