Help me give my students the supplies they need to have a dynamic, fun, and successful school year! These are basic supplies that many of our students, unfortunately, cannot afford to purchase each year.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials and supplies will allow me to provide the basic necessities that many of my students cannot afford. In addition, a few items will allow me to expand upon my students' opportunities to find creative outlets which allow them to connect to texts in a different way.
My students particularly enjoy my Thursday Craftivity lessons which require students to create a project that directly relates to our novel in their own personal way.
I currently have a wall of lightning bolts, a banner of camp flags, and 60 Medusa heads floating throughout my room!
