My Project
I love my students because they are incredibly motivated, resilient, and full of potential. Even though they sometimes arrive late, often hungry and struggling to maintain energy throughout the school day, they show up with a desire to learn and grow. It’s important to me to support them not only academically but also emotionally and physically so they can fully engage in their learning.
The snacks I’m requesting will make a big difference in helping them succeed.
By creating a reward store where students can cash in their points for small prizes, I hope to increase their participation in class. This store will serve as a tangible motivation, something they can look forward to while working hard. These rewards will help build a sense of accomplishment, confidence, and excitement about learning.
My primary goal for this project is to foster better class participation and build positive habits. By giving students an incentive to participate, I hope to create a classroom environment where they feel motivated to contribute and take ownership of their learning. This project will encourage students to stay focused, work hard, and improve their self-regulation.
What makes my students special is their unique resilience. Despite their challenges—whether coming to school hungry or struggling with a long gap between breakfast and lunch—they show incredible perseverance. They are eager to learn and deserve a learning environment where they can thrive academically and personally. The reward store will be a way to acknowledge their efforts and help fuel their motivation to be actively engaged in their education.
