Help me give my students a sensory room experience that will help with regulating emotions and help with overstimulation. I would like the classroom to become more sensory friendly!

My Project

I am so excited to begin this new year with a sensory friendly classroom. This will help my students with regulating their emotions by using sensory tools.

I’m not only trying to help them learn to communicate, but also helping them learn about emotions.

With a sensory room, this can take them out of the normal classroom settings and put them into a spot where they can take a break.

This is definitely a project that will take time to work on and something that I know takes a lot of money to achieve, but having just a few items, will help these kids tremendously.
