Moving To A New Beat!

My students need new cymbals for the drum line. These are small enough for their small hands to handle without causing any damage.

My Students

Each year my students are excited about learning new genres of music. They have been exposed to many styles since I have been at this school. My students are excited about learning and always up for a new challenge.

These wonderful students have overcome many harsh circumstances in their neighborhood.

It would be awesome to provide them the necessary tools to become beacons of light in the community. This year they will experience the drum line in a new way. They are in need of new equipment and cymbals for the ensemble.

My Project

Imagine hearing the sound of the band coming from miles away. These cymbals will help us achieve a superior sound. The drum line is made up of many parts and the cymbal section plays a very important role. These students will be exposed to a high level of percussion training and with these cymbals the students can achieve a higher level of success. The cymbals we have now are too heavy for middle school students to hold without becoming uncomfortable midway through a cadence. These cymbals will definitely help the school maintain a high level of safety for our players.
