The specific items I am requesting for my classroom/laboratory shop are a large wall mounted clock and a radio/speaker. These items will help my students be able to check where they are in projects while seeing how much time they have left in class without asking me every few minutes what time it is.
The goal for this project includes allowing individuality and allowing students to listen to music while they work, which has proven to make people more productive.
My students are special because they come to class with a wide array of backgrounds and knowledge but all have a willingness to learn.
