This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are in a dual language Montessori environment. My students love to learn through hands on activities and need constant movement. Our school is going through construction and will have limited access to outside equipment. I would love to have a projector in my class to do brainbreaks and indoor reccess activities on days that we may not go outside. Plus we live in Texas With the heat index so high we cant take them outdoors all the time.

My students are a sweet, enthusiastic, imaginative, and very energetic!

My Project

We will be limited to outdoor activities due to construction going on at our building. We've been using a small computer screen for days that we cant go outdoors due to the weather. My littles stuggle to see the screen. Having a projector in the classroom will help my students see different brain break videos, phonics videos and get back in focus after quick brain breaks. Also it will help with the days that the students cant go outside for recess. We can do it inside and they can follow the movements without any problems. With this donation I feel like it will help improve and increase student attention and focus.
