This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
All students are required to participate in P.E. However, 90% of our school population cannot make their weekly mile run. I like to incorporate various activities to improve their cardio such as speed jump rope and step aerobics.
My students are noticeably engaged with their workouts when music is playing.
The products that I have selected will help my students by keeping them motivated and engaged during our circuit training. The Mobile PA will allow me to play the music they love while giving them words of encouragement. It will also allow for flexibility in the location of their training due to weather conditions. The balls will help with students' cardio and toning.
