My Project
At our school, we believe in the beauty and goodness of the world. We bring light to the children in our classrooms with movement, community, and most importantly: storytelling. The world is a beautiful and joyful place to exist in - and we believe that children should be given the opportunity to see this joy in a diverse way. My library is in desperate need of new books that can engage students in this world.
I am particularly interested in books that highlight the diversity of life on planet earth and diversity of human experiences.
These books will be both fiction and non-fiction. These books are not aimed at a reading level. I intend to foster a curiosity for knowledge through beautiful illustrations and intriguing read-aloud books. These books will be accessible for every child.
