Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of the items in my project are motivation for students to meet school wide and classroom behavior expectations. When students are meeting expectations they are given "Borman Bucks". They can use the Borman Bucks to 'purchase' items from my store.

Fidgets, Pokemon cards, Galaxy Slime are some of the most desired items in my behavior incentive shop.

The majority of my students come from households with low SES. Many of these items are considered a luxury that their families just can't afford. My students love trading stickers as well as Pokemon cards during recess. We even have a teacher on campus that has a Pokemon Club that they would be able to participate in after school! Giving the students the opportunity to be rewarded with these for meeting expectations is a huge motivator!
