Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All my middle school students have the opportunity to earn behavior tickets throughout the day. Tickets are given to those who exhibit the three "R's" (being respectful, being responsible, and being ready to learn). Students love being able to choose from a variety of their favorite treats and are motivated to do their best!

They get excited when they earn tickets because it means they are one step closer to getting a favorite treat.

I have used this system in the past and it is a great way to motivate middle school students!

I also coach after school sports. Often times, my athletes are in need of a snack before we start practice.
