Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a result of the challenges posed by Covid-19, my students have experienced difficulty re-engaging in school.

To motivate them to attend class and complete their work, I propose employing snacks, stickers, and prizes as incentives.

By providing simple rewards for meeting expectations, I hope to promote positive reinforcement and create a more engaging and enjoyable learning experience for my students. Ultimately, I believe this strategy will benefit their social and emotional health, and help them succeed academically. I hope to create a positive and supportive classroom environment, my aim is to help my students overcome the challenges of learning and stay motivated to succeed.
