Motivational Movement

Help me give my students jump ropes, movement dice, and stress cubes to encourage movement and help students relieve stress and anxiety.

My Project

My students come from low socioeconomic backgrounds in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. All students receive free breakfast and lunch. My students are eager to learn but need multiple activities that provide physical movement, social interaction, brain breaks, and opportunities to build a growth mindset. The word activity cubes not only provides growth mindset opportunities, but they also provide students with movement options. Jump ropes give students the opportunity to be active and provide social learning opportunities for students. Stress cubes will provide students with anxiety relief and an opportunity for a brain break.
