This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Many students (and teachers) lose motivation after spring break leading up to summer break. It becomes increasingly difficult to plan lessons which target their goals which engage and motivate students. Other educators have made this easier by sharing their materials on Teachers Pay Teachers.
My students love the activities available on Teachers Pay Teachers; they look forward to therapy because of them!
Teachers Pay Teachers is a wonderful resource that has allowed educators to focus on time with children instead of creating materials. I have not had to recreate the wheel since sellers on Teachers Pay Teachers have done that work already! The resources and materials available cover every aspect of communication and therapy.
I am able to provide services that continue to target their individual goals with minimal preparation on my end. These activities help engage my students to be effective communicators and provide support to carryover skills into their everyday lives.
