Motivating students, especially those facing significant challenges, is essential in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. For my students, who attend a transfer school and have overcome various obstacles, small incentives like chocolates can make a significant impact.
Chocolates are not just treats; they are motivational tools that encourage participation, boost morale, and recognize effort.
The goals of this project are to boost student morale, promote a supportive classroom culture, and improve attendance and participation. By rewarding effort, even in small ways, students feel seen and valued, encouraging them to keep pushing forward. This approach helps build a sense of community where achievements, no matter how minor, are celebrated.
What makes my students special is their resilience, creativity, and sense of community. Despite facing personal and academic challenges, they show incredible determination and openness. They support each other, often acting as their own best advocates, which adds a unique and inspiring dynamic to the classroom. Their diverse backgrounds and shared commitment to overcoming adversity make them extraordinary.
