My Project

My students are an incredible bunch—curious, creative, and full of personality. They come to school each day ready to try their best, even when things aren’t easy. What makes them special is their positivity, perseverance, and the way they cheer each other on. They light up the classroom with their energy and kindness.

This project will help students stay focused, feel valued, and stay motivated through simple but powerful weekly rewards.

A fun sticker, a tasty snack, or a cool fidget toy might seem small, but to my students, they mean a lot. These rewards will encourage positive behavior, help with self-regulation, and keep their minds on learning. Plus, they’ll create a classroom culture where effort and kindness are consistently celebrated.
