My Project
I absolutely love my students’ energy, curiosity, and determination to learn, even when faced with challenges. They are a unique group of hardworking, creative, and kind-hearted kids who inspire me daily. What makes them truly special is their resilience—they show up each day ready to grow, no matter what obstacles they face. My goal is to create a classroom environment where learning feels exciting, rewarding, and empowering.
The materials I’m requesting will make a big difference in helping me achieve this goal.
I’m asking for items like the 1000+ PCS Party Favors, Giggle Time Koala Pencil Buddy Toppers, LED Light-Up Rings, JOYIN Slap Bracelets, and Tiny Mills Emoji Stamps. These fun and engaging rewards will be used to motivate and celebrate my students’ hard work, academic achievements, and positive behavior. For example, the Emoji Stamps will make learning activities more interactive, while the Koala Pencil Toppers and Slap Bracelets will serve as tangible reminders of their accomplishments. These prizes are more than just toys—they are tools to encourage effort, perseverance, and a love for learning.
My primary goal is to show my students that learning is rewarding and fun. By earning points for meeting their goals, participating in class, and demonstrating kindness, they’ll develop pride in their achievements and understand the value of hard work. The incentive system will also help foster a sense of community, as students work together to create a positive, supportive classroom culture.
