My Project

Every day, our students amaze us with their commitment to growth and their ability to rise above challenges. They come to class eager to learn, and they work hard to embody our school’s core SOAR values: Showing respect, Observing safety, Accepting responsibility, and Reaching their goals. To further encourage this positive behavior, we want to create a reward system where students can earn SOAR bucks to "purchase" items from our reward store.

The items we're requesting are not just rewards—they help develop creativity, stress management, and responsibility.

We're requesting LEGO building toys, fidget toys, snacks, and hygiene products that will serve as meaningful incentives. By giving students a variety of engaging rewards to work toward, we can help them take ownership of their actions and develop positive habits that will serve them throughout life.

What makes my students so special is their resilience. They come from diverse backgrounds, often facing personal and economic challenges, yet they show up each day ready to overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. This project will provide them with the motivation and rewards they deserve as they continue to grow into confident and responsible individuals.
